The EAP is a confidential benefit. This means we must keep your records confidential from any other party and will not even acknowledge that you called on us. No one – not even your employer – will ever know you used EAP’s services unless:

  • You choose to disclose this information
  • You give AEAP written permission to disclose it
  • There are legal circumstances that mandate disclosure
