Patient Representatives are available to help you with non-medical problems, special situations, needs or services, and interpretation of hospital policies and procedures. If you have any questions or comments, please call them at extension 229.228.2782 or 229.228.8086.

Patients and/or Visitors can contact a Patient Representative when they need:

  • Someone to advocate for them
  • Someone to listen
  • Support or assistance
  • Response to a complaint
  • Explanation of hospital policies and procedures
  • Help in a crisis situation
  • Help with problem solving Information about hospital and community services
