I feel like I lost all motivation this week- like I'm in limbo. My pre-made lunches were pretty much the only thing that went right. I ate a good bit of sweets, which is unusual for me, and I indulged in a burger and fries from Hardee's. I'm an emotional eater, and this week got the better of me. This week is over though, and as difficult as it is for me right now, I'm going to turn myself around and get back to it. I'm planning on meal prepping this week and make it to CrossFit as much as I can, and take it one day at a time.
